Organisers, if you want to advertise a special item on your programme we suggest you use WhereCanWeGo.com. It is easy and free to set up your event details. You can add details which can categorise your event. If you give a postcode for the event, users of the site can see where your event is on a map and plan their journey. Users of the site can get a list of the events nearest to them in a chosen date range. Users can also sign up to get email alerts for certain types of event near where they live.

Tiptree Community website is being developed to give community information. Organisations, in and around Tiptree, are invited to contact Sue Allen-Shepherd, firstname.lastname@example.org, and give some of the following information:
- A brief description of the organisation
- When and where the organisation meets, just regular meetings not a full calendar of events
- Contact details (e.g. name / phone / email / address)
- A link to the organisation’s own website, if possible, or how to find more details / the latest information
- A small iconic photo
The intention is to start with organisations related to leisure activities, charities, volunteering, churches and religion, playgroups, social groups.
As well as this community information, the intention is to build up more information about the community, the local environment, local events and local business. If anybody else could provide some useful information about Tiptree, please get in touch with Sue.
